Similar to its WiFi counterpart, the Shelly Button 1, the Shelly BLU Button 1 can automatically connect to the nearest Shelly device for quick and intuitive appliance activation. It can also be customized to trigger entire scenes, controlling lighting, heating, blinds, motorized awnings, garage doors, or any device integrated with Shelly.

Unlike the Shelly Button 1, the Shelly BLU Button 1 uses Bluetooth for instant responsiveness and offers up to two years of battery life.

Additionally, the Shelly BLU Button 1 comes with several useful features, including sound and light alerts, a “hush” mode for silent operation, and a “find me” function to help locate the device if it gets misplaced.
