What we’ve Changed
We updated this privacy policy on 1st March 2024 to make the following changes:
- Updated text throughout the Privacy Policy to reflect SharpSpring’s acquisition by (and renaming to) Constant Contact.
- Removed the Live Chat Data row from the What Information we Process section as the service isn’t in use.
- Clarified the subset of data from Order Details and Registration Information that is passed on to TrustPilot when opting into Review Invitations.
- Clarified the subset of data from Order Details that is passed on to Constant Contact when opting into Email Marketing.

This privacy policy applies to easygates.co.uk and www.easygates.co.uk only. It does not apply to other subdomains such as manuals.easygates.co.uk and direct.easygates.co.uk, or our other websites such as our forums.
