The device is powered by 2 x 1.5v type C ordinary alkaline batteries, which are pre-installed and can last up to 48 months before they need replacing. No need to turn the device on.

1Control Solo works with 433 MHz and 868 MHz remote controls from over 450 brands, even those with rolling / hopping code. The model of your motor or receiver does not matter as compatibility is determined by the remote control.
Please note that your receiver must not have any lock codes that prevent you from registering any new remote controls.
