Description

The Seip TM70s is a well-engineered garage door opener with advantages that put it above its competitors, one of the features includes the progressive acceleration and deceleration of the motor speed to provide smoother door movement with reduced stress and quiet door closure by slowing down just prior to closing. The garage door opener also learns about the characteristics of your door and stops immediately when an obstruction is detected.

This model features an 800N max pulling force and is suitable for one-piece horizontally tracked retractable doors and sectional type doors up to 130KG in weight OR up to 10m² in area. 

Also compatible with outward opening side hinged barn doors (requires our AP2006 side-hinged door adaptor arm kit, please contact us for more information).

• Quality – The C-rails and base-plates of our operators are made of 2mm galvanized steel. With the chain drive system we also provide approved quality – chains have been offering excellent reliability for decades.
• Automatic Force Measurement – This means that the required force for operating your door is precisely measured by the operator. Should it meet with an obstruction, it will automatically reverse direction. No fuss, no problem.
• Automatic Light – On each operation the internal automatic light becomes active. The 230v light can be adjusted to stay on between 10 seconds to 10 minutes.
