Same Day Dispatch
Your items will be dispatched on the same working day your order is made when ordered before 3:00PM UK time. Orders made after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Items ordered on Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
Same day dispatch is subject to stock availability. If stock is not available for same day dispatch from us or our suppliers, we will inform you when you have made your order.

United Kingdom and Isle of Man
Royal Mail 1st Class
Royal Mail 1st Class shipping is available as an option for most small products up to a total of £120 in value (incl. VAT) or 1KG in weight (whichever condition is met first).
Some items may be excluded from Royal Mail shipping if they are too large or bulky. These items will be shipped via one of the alternative shipping methods below.

Next Day Courier Delivery is available in Mainland UK only (excludes Scottish Highlands, see Zone C). See other options below for offshore Islands.

We ship certain large/long parcels via DX. At present, this applies only to the following product categories:

On occasions, we may have to manually provide you with a shipping quote for your order. This usually happens when requesting shipping to a country not mentioned above, or when ordering large amounts of heavy/bulky products.
We will use your delivery address provided at the checkout to give you a price for shipping to your location. No payment will be taken at this time.
We aim to provide shipping quotations within 1-2 working days, but this can take longer at peak times.
Quotes remain valid for 28 days from the date they are provided (unless advised otherwise under certain circumstances).
